INTERNATIONAL TELECALLER (NIGHTSHIFT ONLY)(WORK FROM OFFICE)Responsibilities: Inbound Calls II Outbound Calls II Customer Service II Problem Solving Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries Provide information about products and services, take/cancel orders, and record details of complaints Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions are taken on customer requests Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigationRequirements for the job HSC Pass Age Range 18-30 years Good in English Basic computer knowledgeSalary Range - 12,000 - 20,000 Average Monthly Incentives - 5,000-8,000Working Days Monday to Friday II Saturday and Sunday Fixed off7:30pm to 5:30amESSENTIAL MED TECH305, Amfotech IT Park, 5th Floor, Road Number 8, Wagle Industrial Estate,Thane West, opposite Old Passport Office, Thane, Maharashtra 400604
