It is Machine Tools with its engineering capabilities in Precision component manufacturing, machine building and over 2 decades. A dedicated team of designers develops the product designs, mold designs, jigs, fixtures, inspection gauges etc using the latest 3D CAD and CAETechnologies. For our products to come to reality they undergo various precision manufacturing processes from CNC Machining, Sheet Metal bending, Injection Molding, Metal injection, Painting, Barrel drilling, heat treatments, various finishing, different types of chemical plating, welding, laser marking etc. which are then finally assembled, quality tested and then passed for packing.Job Summary:As a Senior Executive in the Accounts and Finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various financial functions within the organization. Your primary focus will be on maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and providing valuable insights to support informed decision-making. Additionally, you will play a critical role in budgeting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.Responsibilities:1. Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and variance analysis. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Collaborate with management to develop budgets and forecasts for the organization. Monitor actual financial performance against budgets and provide recommendations for improvement.3. Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks. Use financial data to provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.4. Accounts Receivable and Payable Management: Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions. Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.5. General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Ensure proper recording of financial transactions and adherence to accounting principles.6. Audit and Compliance: Coordinate and assist with internal and external audits. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, laws, and company policies.7. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations and future investments.8. Financial Systems: Utilize accounting software and financial systems effectively. Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.9. Taxation: Collaborate with tax professionals to ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and compliance with tax regulations.10. Team Leadership: Provide guidance and support to junior finance staff. Ensure their professional development and performance evaluations.12. Financial Strategy: Contribute to the development of financial strategies that align with the organizations objectives.Requirements:- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
