Job Description

    • Making outbound and inbound calls to clients/prospects/channel partners in order to pitch real estate projects (commercial & residential)
    • Inform customers/prospects about products
    • Qualify inquiries consistently exceed monthly site walk-in targets
    • Document all call information in accordance with standard operating procedures, particularly in in-house dialler software
    • Recognize competition, document, and notify management of trends in customer product / market sentiments
    • Follow up with pipeline based on intelligence
    • Completion of daily calling targets and reporting
