Job Description

    As a Program Manager, you will partner with business operation leaders to manage and drive Programs within the business across multiple geographies. Your role will involve working in a cross-functional environment to effectively deliver projects and meet stringent timelines.Responsibilities: - Project Planning: - Define project scope goals and deliverables. - Develop detailed project plans and schedules. - Allocate resources and manage project budgets.- Execution and Monitoring: - Lead project teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery. - Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary. - Conduct regular status meetings with project teams.- Stakeholder Management: - Communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders. - Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure project alignment with business objectives. - Prepare and present project reports to senior management.- Risk Management: - Identify and manage project risks and issues. - Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.- Quality Assurance: - Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. - Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement. - Governance management: - Set up strong project governance aligning to overall program requirements. - Set up reporting cadence and communication mechanism.Qualifications: - Education: - Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field. - PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred. - Accounting background will be beneficial.- Skills: - Minimum of 5 years of project management experience. - Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion. - Exposure to communicating with senior stakeholders including c-suite team members. - Experience in opportunity identification and business case creation. - Should be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and reaching the best possible result. - Must be able to independently identify root causes, gather and analyze data to support hypotheses, and develop actionable recommendations. - Must be willing and able to travel and work in multiple time zones.The Application Process:- Stage 1: Online application and recruiter review.- Stage 2: Pre-recorded video interview.- Stage 3: Live video interview with hiring manager and team.- Stage 4: Offer and onboarding.We are committed to equal employment opportunity and provide application interview and workplace adjustments and accommodations to all applicants.
