Job Description

    Urgent job requirement for Real Estate Sales Executive at Thane , Karjat.Qualification: Graduate / Post GraduateCommunication: Fluency in English, Hindi & MarathiWorking Days: 6 Days a Week (9:30 AM to 6:30 PM)Note: If the candidate is excellent salary would not be a constraintBenefits:Mobile reimbursement.Monthly IncentivesTravel allowance
    • Responsible for generating sales with project specific enquiries.
    • Schedule and conduct site visits and regular follow up with the clients till closure.
    • Co-ordinate between clients and company for up-to-date status regarding services, pricing and new product releases.
    • Create and report Sales MIS Reports.
    • Set, Plan and Reach Sales Targets
    • To build and enhance the companys brand image internally and externally.
    • Organize and Participate in Events/ expo for sales and brand visibility
    • Plan Advertisements & promotion activities
    • Close coordination with Pre- sales team in order to align the lead conversions.
    Note: The clients whom you would need to convince here would be really high-profile clients like actors, directors, VPs of big corporates.
