  • Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers.
  • Interview customers to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking.
  • Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients.
  • Accompany buyers during visits, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
  • Answer clients questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, and repairs
  • Advise customers on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
  • Conducting a final meeting to change prospect into a buyer.
  • Active Participation in Project Launching.
  • Conducting and taking active participating inExhibitions and Promotions of projects
  • Proper coordination with team members and variousdepartments.
  • Co-ordinating with back office staff to update records and financial transactions
Candidate Profile:
  • Candidate must be graduate.
  • Should have experience of 1 to 5 yrs in real estate industry.
  • Should have good experince in sales.
