Job Summary & Responsibilities Responsibilities: Act as a subject matter expert on SuccessFactors projects. Establish credibility with clients and team members, ensuring buy- in of proposed solutions with client project team. Assist in gathering business requirements. Educate clients on alternatives for system configuration and design. Guide clients through decision making and HR process design. Configure SuccessFactors components spanning ONB functions to meet client needs. Prepare documentation and training materials as needed. Ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines, and the quality of deliverables meet client expectations. Requirements: Must be certified in ONB SuccessFactors module (mandatory) Should have strong experience working with the SuccessFactors implementation methodology and project planning (at least 5 full cycle implementations). Should have experience leading client workshops for atleast 5 Projects. Implementation and support experience with SuccessFactors module. Prior experience conducting Fit/ Gap analysis and business / process modeling. Solid proficiency in gathering & assessing requirements from functional business owners. Designing robust business processes considering accepted industry practices. Configuring and testing the SuccessFactors Cloud Application suite. Driving the development of functional and systems specifications. Writing and maintaining necessary documentation. Actively performing knowledge transfer to client team members. Communicate and work with people of all levels in a team environment.
