Should have strong experience working with the SuccessFactors implementation methodology and project planning (at least 5 full cycle implementations). Should have experience leading client workshops for atleast 5 Projects. Implementation and support experience with SuccessFactors module. Prior experience conducting Fit/ Gap analysis and business / process modeling. Solid proficiency in gathering & assessing requirements from functional business owners. Designing robust business processes considering accepted industry practices. Configuring and testing the SuccessFactors Cloud Application suite. Driving the development of functional and systems specifications. Writing and maintaining necessary documentation. Actively performing knowledge transfer to client team members. Communicate and work with people of all levels in a team environment.
