Preparing Technical data Sheets and assisting clients in writing Specifications and understanding their requirement and conceptual design. Handling tenders documents for Western Region which includes Mumbai, West Bengal, Odhisa. Technical support for team mates who works out of Head Office i. e. Gujrat, MP. Coordinating with design team for total optimized BOQ. Coordinating with different departments for tender review and deviations. Guiding drafting team for proposal sketches. Preparing budgetary cost for the project. Preparing Techno- Commercial offer for Clients as well consultants. Preparing and releasing Order Acknowledgement document after getting the Project.
