Job Description

Principal Responsibility

  • The key objective of this position is to provide Functional and technical support to workflow management applications.
  • Responsible for analysing issues & providing solution.
  • Undertake Master Setup Management. Support for backend activities.
  • Handling issues relating to MYSQL / TOMCAT servers / Migration of components.
  • Testing of new components
  • Performing Setups in Production instance.
  • Periodically interact with users and gather their requirements and issues.
  • Process Improvement continually as per business requirement.
  • Enhance the automatization with the help of system.
  • User and IT Staff awareness and brush-up session to improve their skills
Knowledge
  • Technical Knowledge of Open source Technologies and Functional knowledge of workflow Applications,
  • Database - MySQL, Oracle. independently write PL/SQL queries
  • Knowledge of Tomcat server administration.
  • Basics of HR functions
Additional Position Specification
  • 5-6 years of experience in open source technologies.
  • It would be good to have experience in handling / assisting in audits.
  • Demonstrate project management skills, functional skills and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
  • Detail-oriented, quality-focused individual with the ability to troubleshoot and solve the problem within the given time.
