Ensure compliance of applicable statutory requirements related to EHS. Preparing & summarizing Monthly, Quarterly & Annual EHS report and reporting to top management with CAPA Analysis. Handling the systems like work permit Ensure adherence to environmental relations as per Regulatory norms. Pre-start up safety Review. Investigation of accident or near-miss cases. To conduct monthly safety committee meeting. Ensure safety and health standards of the factory and its employee. Safety and first aid training to all employees. Monitor the hazardous and dangerous work operations Area plant area. To ensure Use of safety items and personal protective Equipment by all employees. To Monitor the pest control Programs in coordination with third party agency. To monitor the Equipment tested programs in co-ordination with approved third party agency. Inspection of all firefighting system and training give to all employees. Maintain received and issue record of PPEs. To monitor and implement chemical and general waste system. Conducting tool box talk To monitor the air, noise stack monitoring program in co-ordination with approved third party agency.
