    Job Description Sales Manager (Agency Channel) Life InsuranceWe are hiring Sales Managers for a leading Life Insurance company.The role is responsible for recruiting, developing, and managing insurance advisors while driving business growth through the Agency Channel.- Key Responsibilities- Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents.- Build, train, and manage a productive advisor network.- Drive life insurance sales through advisors and achieve business targets.- Ensure advisor activation, retention, and productivity.- Conduct regular field visits, advisor meetings, and joint sales calls.- Generate new customer acquisition and revenue growth.- Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to advisors.- Develop strong relationships with customers and channel partners.- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.- Participate in training programs and branch sales initiatives.- Candidate RequirementsGraduate in any discipline.- 06 Months5 years of experience in Life Insurance, BFSI, Banking, NBFC, or Direct Sales.- Robust sales, communication, and relationship management skills.- Experience in Agency Channel or Insurance Sales preferred.- Target-oriented with strong business development capabilities.- Local market knowledge preferred.- Own two-wheeler preferred.- Age preferably below 35 years.Salary & Benefits Salary: 3.00 LPA 5.25 LPA Attractive IncentivesCareer Growth OpportunitiesPerformance-Based RewardsTraining & Development ProgramsFast-Track Career ProgressionImmediate Joiners Preferred.
