Job Description

As a Security Manager, you will be responsible for the overall security of the premises. Your role will involve effectively communicating between the client and the security company. You will run the entire security operations of the client in accordance with the agreement. Your duties will include coordinating the duty timings of all Security Supervisors, CCTV Supervisors, and guards during day and night shifts to ensure proper discipline and conduct. It is essential to maintain all relevant registers properly and stay vigilant and alert at all times to take necessary action in case of emergencies. Additionally, you will liaise with the Techno Park Authority and report any emergencies or untoward incidents to the concerned person and FMS Team.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate duty timings of supervisors and guards, ensuring discipline and conduct- Patrol the buildings as necessary- Attend internal and external phone calls promptly- Control the movement of staff and visitors with the assistance of supervisors and guards- Ensure proper entry passes for individuals entering the workstationQualifications Required:- 5 years of total work experience preferredPlease note that this is a full-time, permanent position with a monthly salary starting from 28,000.00. Benefits include paid time off and Provident Fund. The work location is in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, requiring reliable commuting or relocation before starting work.
