Job Description

    Dear CandidateWe are hiring for our reputed client atThiruvananthapuram.Role: Senior Backend Lead (Node.js, TypeScript, AWS)Location: Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum) Work mode: HybridNotice period: Immediate to 30 days notice onlyMust-Have Qualifications
    • Experience: 6 to 12 years of backend development with proven technical leadership (lead, staff, or principal-level ownership).
    • Core Tech: Expert-level proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript.
    • Cloud: Deep, hands-on expertise with AWS serverless stack (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, IAM).
    • API Design: Demonstrated success designing and operating RESTful and GraphQL services at scale.
    • Leadership: Track record of mentoring teams, driving architectural decisions, and delivering complex projects on time.
    • Mindset: Self-starter who thrives in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with minimal supervision.
    • Job Stability: Stable tenure; immediate to 30 days notice only.
    Nice-to-Have
    • Experience with Event-Driven Architectures, CQRS, Kafka/Kinesis, Docker/Kubernetes.
    • Exposure to Terraform, CDK, Datadog/NewRelic, SAST/DAST security tooling.
    • Domain knowledge in FinTech, HealthTech, or Retail Digital Platforms.
