Job Description

    Responsibilities and Duties:Serve as the HubSpot expert/point person in managing the companys databaseDaily administration of the CRM to support the development and success of the Sales,Marketing and Operations strategies through understanding priorities and executingoperational plans to increase cross-functionality in the sales and management of allcompany products and servicesCreate and manage automations, integrations and more to optimize sales and operationalefficiency through innovative thinking, process improvement, system enhancements and bestpractice sharingEnsure data cleanliness and complete content of the CRMMinimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing productivity of email sendsManage and build various email lists and campaignsAnalyze website/email behaviors and searched/downloaded content to create the mosteffective targeted campaigns and to segment lists accordinglyMeasure results and optimize the nurture tracks and marketing automation for thesesegments to convert leads to customersAccount for lead generation process/results from emails and inbound effortsDevelop documentation and road maps for processes and A/B tests that succeed throughemailCommunicate high level strategic email efforts to the Marketing Director on a regular basis toensure support for programs and initiativesMaintain up-to-date industry knowledge of trends, technologies and best practices on anongoing basisSkills/Qualifications:2-6 years of experience in CRM management with a minimum of 2 years working directlywith HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub, with a focus on email marketing, lead nurturingand marketing automationHubSpot Certification (required)Proficient in using HubSpot smart lists and marketing automation technologyStrong project management skills, detailed, extremely accurate, analytical, well organized,and an excellent communicatorHighly analytical and able to derive meaning from data through A/B testing and emailoptimizationProven track record in exceptional follow-up and customer servicePrioritize multiple projects to ensure deadlines are metDemonstrate initiative and use independent judgment within established guidelines andproceduresEducation and/or Experience:BS/MS degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Marketing or a related field2-6 years of experience in CRM management with a minimum of 2 years working directlywith HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hub,
