Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and fabricated materials, ensuring adherence to drawings and industry standards. Maintain accurate records for all pressure part components and oversee quality control inspections. Ensure proper calibration of measuring devices and instruments for reliable inspections. Oversee the manufacturing of ASME code-required pressure vessels and manage documentation. Verify welder performance qualifications and ensure alignment with WPS/PQR documentation. Coordinate external inspections with authorized ASME inspectors and other agencies. Perform in-process and final inspections, including hydro and pneumatic tests.RequirementsQualifications: Minimum BE/DME in Mechanical Engineering. Experience with ASME codes, specifically Section 8, Division 1/2., CSWIP 3.2. Knowledge of painting and coating processes. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Preferred Skills: Strong communication and teamwork abilities. 5 years as a QC Inspector in pressure vessel construction, piping, or structural welding. Fabrication and machining experience.Experience: 7-10 years of hands-on experience in a similar role, preferably with PV550 equipment.,
