Job Description

    As a Sales Executive at our company, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads by reaching out to potential clients. Your main focus will be to present, promote, and sell our software IT products to customers using solid sales techniques. Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships will be crucial in this role.To excel in this position, you will need to conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in target regions. Understanding the pain points of our clients and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs and requirements will be essential. You should be adept at negotiating with clients and closing leads efficiently.Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing, technical support, and product development, will be necessary to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction. Your goal will be to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback.Staying updated with industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings will be part of your regular responsibilities. Additionally, you will be expected to conduct field sales for our Petrosoft & Restrosoft products, visiting 7 units per day to generate sales and build relationships. Conducting 2 product demos per day to potential customers and engaging with clients to understand their requirements will also be key tasks.Maintaining daily sales reports and updating management on progress will help us track performance and make data-driven decisions. Your success in this role will directly impact revenue growth, as targets are based on your working environment. A fixed salary along with performance-based incentives will be provided to reward your achievements.To qualify for this position, you should have 0-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in B2B sales, software, or industrial products. Proficiency in South Indian languages such as Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam will be an added advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential, along with a self-motivated and target-driven approach. You must demonstrate a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and be willing to travel extensively and work in a dynamic sales environment.Upon joining, you will undergo a 22-day training program focused on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
