Job Description

    As the Food & Beverage Manager at a leading organization in the luxury hospitality sector in India, your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth and maintain exceptional service standards across various food outlets. You will develop and execute strategic plans to enhance revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction while overseeing daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, and in-room dining.Your role will involve managing budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis to ensure cost control and optimal financial performance. It will also require you to recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing F&B team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
