Job Description

    As the Assistant Director of Sales (ADOS), you will play a crucial role in supporting the hotels sales and marketing efforts to maximize revenue, increase market share, and nurture long-term customer relationships. Your responsibilities will include:- Assisting in crafting and implementing the hotels annual sales and marketing plan.- Taking charge of sales activities in designated market segments such as corporate, MICE, and travel agencies.- Cultivating strong partnerships with current clients while exploring new business prospects.- Conducting regular sales visits, property inspections, and client presentations.- Monitoring and evaluating sales performance indicators, and preparing comprehensive reports for the Director of Sales.- Collaborating with the revenue management team to devise competitive pricing strategies.- Providing guidance and support to the sales team to enhance their skills and achieve revenue targets.- Representing the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and client gatherings.- Coordinating with the operations team to ensure guest satisfaction and align service delivery with client expectations.- Assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and brand positioning strategies.Qualifications required for this role:- Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in hotel sales, with at least 12 years in a leadership or senior sales position.- In-depth understanding of local market trends.This job requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in hotel sales, leadership skills, and a keen eye for market dynamics.,
