Job Description

    The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in leading a team and overseeing the daily operations of the business. You will be tasked with maintaining the standard of work among employees, as well as handling the onboarding and recruitment of new team members.As a City AGM, your responsibilities will include driving business development through a team of Key Account Managers, both in hunting and farming capacities. You will be expected to enhance Casantros brand presence within the Architect & Interior Designer community through various initiatives such as leveraging existing networks, participating in events, and making cold calls. Building strong and lasting relationships with AIDs will be crucial in ensuring recurring business for the company.You will be responsible for managing the entire project life cycle, starting from the generation of enquiries to the successful handover of projects. Additionally, you will play a key leadership role in talent acquisition and development across sales and design functions. It will also be within your purview to oversee the stores profit and loss statement.In this role, you will be leading a team of 15-20 people directly or indirectly. Given the nature of the position, you can expect to engage in frequent visits to AIDs and significant in-city travel.The ideal candidate should hold a minimum of a graduate degree with at least 10 years of experience, or a postgraduate degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience. A minimum of 3 years in Business Development and Key Account Management roles is required, with a strong preference for candidates with an extensive network in the Architect/Interior Designer community. Proven expertise in team management, project oversight, and operations within the Building Material/Home Interior sector, along with strong leadership skills to motivate and inspire team members, are highly desirable.,
