Job Description

    Accounts Analyst Grade IExperience Required: 3 YearsWe are seeking an ambitious Accounts Analyst Grade I to support VNC Global by managing accounting tasks and analyzing team performance. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and attention to detail to ensure accurate financial reporting and decision-making.Location: VadodaraShift: Australian Shift (Starts at 4 AM)Software knowledge: Xero/ Quickbooks/ Sage/ DextKey Responsibilities: Perform reconciliations (Vendor, Bank, Customer, Fixed Assets, Tax Balances). Prepare financial reports and ensure data accuracy. Oversee the work of Accounts Associates and provide guidance. Conduct financial analysis, identify risks, and suggest improvements. Communicate with clients and team members for information gathering and coordination. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and best practices.Qualifications & Skills: Education: Inter-CA / Inter-CMA / Inter-ACCA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com. / B.Com. or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in foreign accounting software. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
