Job Description

    Role Overview:Automation Anywhere, the leader in Agentic Process Automation (APA), is seeking an RPA Developer with strong programming skills to join their team. As an RPA Developer, you will design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to automate business processes and tasks. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing existing processes, proposing automation solutions, configuring and deploying RPA bots, conducting thorough testing, and providing ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA bots. Additionally, you will stay current with emerging RPA technologies and trends to evaluate their potential application within the organization. This position requires adaptability, flexibility, and effective communication skills to work with global customers.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions to automate business processes and tasks.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess automation opportunities within different departments.- Analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose automation solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.- Configure, test, and deploy RPA bots using industry-standard RPA tools.- Conduct thorough testing to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and performance of RPA solutions.- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA bots, troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.- Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and refine automation processes.- Stay current with emerging RPA technologies and trends and evaluate their potential application within the organization.- Adaptability and flexibility with respect to technologies, work environment, and work timing as you work with global customers.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience as an RPA Developer with strong programming skills and hands-on experience on A360.- Good to have experience on other RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism).- Hands-on knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.- Familiarity with process analysis and improvement methodologies.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.- Experience with process documentation and workflow diagramming.- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.- Understands AI concepts and can quickly adapt to implement Gen AI and Agentic automations.(Note: Any additional details about the company were not present in the provided job description),
