As we continue to expand, weare looking for a highly motivated and creative Brand and Communication TeamMember to join our dynamic team.Role Overview: The Brand and Product Team Member will be an essentialcontributor to our marketing and communication efforts. This role involves diverseresponsibilities, including product and brand management, optimizing offlinemarketing channels (ATL & BTL), managing the communication calendar, conductingin-depth analyses on marketing efforts and return on investment, overseeing productcollaterals, enhancing brand visibility, and tracking competition. The ideal candidateshould possess a blend of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and creative flair toeffectively support. our brands growth in the EV industry.Responsibilities:1. Product & Brand Management: A) Assist in developing and executing product and brand strategies to drive brand awareness, customer loyalty, and market penetration. B) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning.2. Effective Utilization of Offline Marketing Channels (ATL & BTL): A) Plan and execute ATL (Above the Line) and BTL (Below the Line) marketing campaigns, including print media, outdoor advertising, and events. B) Work closely with agencies and vendors to optimize offline marketing initiatives.3. Communication Calendar Management: A) Coordinate and manage the companys communication calendar, ensuring timely and effective execution of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.4. Marketing Efforts Analysis: A) Conduct thorough analyses of marketing efforts to measure performance and return on investment (ROI) for various campaigns. B) Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.5. Product Collateral Management: A) Oversee the development and distribution of product collaterals, including brochures, flyers, and promotional materials.B) Ensure that all collaterals align with the brand guidelines and communicate the brands value proposition.6. Brand Visibility Enhancement: A) Implement creative approaches to enhance brand visibility through targeted sponsorships, partnerships, and community engagement.7. Brand Tracking and Competition Analysis: A) Monitor and track the brands performance and perception in the market. B) Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges for the brand.8. Brand Management: Safeguard brand integrity and consistency across all communication and marketing touchpoints. Uphold brand guidelines in all brand-related activities.Requirements:1) Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.2) Proven experience in product management, brand management, and offlinemarketing in the automotive, technology, or related industry. Total Experiencein the range of 8-10 years.3) Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics.4) Proficiency in managing ATL and BTL marketing campaigns.5) Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within across-functional team.6) Creative mindset with a keen eye for brand aesthetics and storytelling.7) Familiarity with the EV industry and market dynamics in India.8) Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving startup environment,
