The role involves handling customer transactions, delivering excellent service, and supporting day-to-day branch banking activities while ensuring compliance with bank policies.Key Responsibilities
    • Attend walk-in customers and provide prompt, courteous service
    • Handle cash and non-cash transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and payments
    • Maintain accurate records and balance cash drawer daily
    • Promote bank products and services to customers
    • Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
    • Follow all banking policies, security guidelines, and compliance procedures
    • Support branch operations and work collaboratively with team members
    Desired Candidate Profile
    • Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / High School Diploma
    • Experience in customer service or cash handling preferred
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Basic knowledge of banking operations and products
    • Comfortable working with computers and banking systems
    • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced branch environment
    Additional Requirements
    • Willing to work full-time, including weekends and holidays
    • Background verification and credit check mandatory
    • Physically able to lift up to 25 pounds
