    As an experienced and strategic HR professional, you will play a crucial role in shaping GB Solars organizational culture and aligning the people strategy with business growth. Your responsibilities will include:- Driving company-wide HR strategy, policy, and compliance.- Leading talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives.- Building high-performance teams through structured L&D programs.- Fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and performance.The qualifications required for this role are:- 12 to 18 years of progressive HR leadership experience.- No bar for exceptional candidates.- Experience in Solar/Renewable/Manufacturing industry preferred.GB Solar, a rapidly growing solar energy company, is built on the trusted legacy of Epoxy House Vadodara.
