Job Description

    As a Business Manager - Design, you will be responsible for overseeing the design aspects of projects on a monthly basis. Your primary role will involve managing a team of designers to ensure the timely completion of 12 to 15 projects every month. It will be crucial for you to monitor and enhance the productivity and work quality of a team comprising 6 to 10 designers. Additionally, you will play a key role in driving customer experience and relationship management by focusing on the design output and customer ratings.To excel in this role, you must possess a Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. A Masters degree or specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management will be advantageous. It is essential to have at least 3 years of relevant experience as an Interior Designer or Project Manager, with a proven track record of successfully leading and delivering a minimum of 10 residential or interior projects from start to finish.Your duties will also include training designers on technical aspects and facilitating design discussions to ensure alignment and collaboration within the team. By leveraging your expertise and experience, you will contribute significantly to the success and growth of the design projects under your supervision.,
