Job Description

    As a Pricing Analyst at ITT India, you play a critical role in managing global pricing activities for global/domestic accounts and providing insights to drive profitability and growth. You must possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively. **Key Responsibilities:**- Lead discussions with business leaders to generate insights on customer price sensitivities, market intelligence, and profitability impacts for profit optimization.- Review BID/Tender/RFQ/Customer specs/TQ received from Sales/Application and float RFQ to Advance Procurement Team/vendor for Buyout offers.- Review and finalize Techno commercial Vendor offers/TQ and coordinate closely with sales/Application team for any technical/commercial change or requirement.- Organize and participate in review meetings with customers/project consultants/vendors to freeze requirements/deviations.- Conduct Technical Bid Evaluation for various bought-out items and prepare detailed technocommercial offers.- Develop and maintain pricing models to optimize pricing strategies and drive profitability.**Qualifications Required:**- Pump/Motor/Seal Plan knowledge.- Knowledge of API 610/682, Motors, Lub systems, or seal systems.- Familiarity with the Chemical and Oil & Gas industry.- Understanding of Inco terms, Local Taxes, Duties, Application/Techno commercial Proposal preparation, and costing for large size projects.- Interpersonal and communication skills.- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- BE/Btech (Mech) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant industry. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.In addition to the technical qualifications, as an ideal candidate for this position, you should have the following qualities:- Decision-Making Under Pressure: Ability to make timely and sound decisions in high-stakes or time-sensitive scenarios.- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Clear communication with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in analyzing data to drive purchasing decisions and supplier performance improvements.- Adaptability and Problem-Solving: Flexibility to manage changing market conditions, supply chain disruptions, and unexpected vendor issues.- Customer-Centric Approach: Focus on internal client satisfaction by ensuring timely and cost-effective procurement.- Attention to Detail: Precision in reviewing contracts, specifications, and procurement documents.,
