Job Description

    You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the department. This includes conducting training sessions for the team members on soft skills and product knowledge. You will be involved in allocating day-to-day tasks and assigning specific tasks to team members. It is important to resolve any queries from the team and monitor team calling activities to improve communication quality.Identifying and addressing instances of non-commitment with customers is crucial, along with following up with customers in a timely manner. You will need to coordinate with internal departments to address customer queries effectively. Any leads generated by the team should be forwarded to the respective branches, associates, or desks, with necessary follow-ups.In cases where team members are unable to solve customer queries, you should step in and provide assistance. Motivating the team to achieve daily calling targets and ensuring optimal results are key responsibilities. Additionally, you will be required to make calls to high net-worth or important customers.Handling day-to-day customer queries at the desk and guiding customers about the companys products are part of the role. Effective reporting at the end of the day, including team member-wise analysis, project-wise calling details, daily calling statistics, and pending follow-ups, is essential.The ideal candidate should possess skills in interpersonal communication, sales, public relations, leadership, negotiation, marketing, and business generation. A proactive self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team will excel in this role.
