Job Description

    As a Telecom Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling requests, queries, and complaints through inbound and outbound calls. You should possess basic computer handling skills and have a typing speed of 20 WPM with 80% accuracy. The minimum age requirement for this position is between 18 to 35 years. The minimum qualifications accepted are 12th standard, Diploma, or 10th with 2 years of ITI. For female candidates, the shift timings are flexible within a 9-hour shift from 6 AM to 8 PM, including a 1-hour break. For male candidates, the shift is between 12 PM to 12 AM with similar break timings.The salary structure varies based on the candidates proficiency in languages. Marathi candidates are offered Rs 17,500 CTC including PF & ESIC, while non-Marathi candidates receive Rs 15,000 CTC with the same benefits.Additionally, candidates working on Vi processes (prepaid & postpaid) are compensated differently based on language proficiency:- Marathi: CTC - 17500, Inhand - approx 14700- Hindi and Gujarati: CTC - 15500, Inhand - 13000 approx- Fluent English: CTC - 20,000, Inhand - 16800 approxThe work location is at Vasna Road, Vadodara, and the job type is full-time and permanent.
