Job Description

    As a candidate for the role, you will be responsible for overseeing civil projects, including PMC/D&C/Turnkey vendors. Your experience with EHS processes during project execution is essential. Additionally, experience in project companies such as power, EPC, and construction will be beneficial. You will play a crucial role in managing Digital Transformation projects within the entity, utilizing your ERP knowledge of manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities:- Manage a cross-functional team or represent the entity in projects related to localization, transfer, and re-balancing- Lead industrial transfer or transformation projects in the plant, ensuring proactive management of changes, stakeholder expectations, issues, and risks- Demonstrate strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, and stakeholder management- Utilize CAPEX management and tracking techniques- Oversee Technical project transfer with precision- Execute a minimum of 2 projects in either Brown or Green fieldQualifications:- B.E/Diploma in Civil / Electrical / Mechanical engineering- Proficiency in preparing drawings using AutoCAD & Creo-3D- Familiarity with Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Microsoft Projects- PMP certification is an added advantageIn addition to the qualifications and responsibilities outlined above, you should have 15-18 years of experience in the field.
