Job Description

    As the ESG Director at Parul University, you will play a crucial role in driving sustainability and ethical business practices within our institution. Your main responsibility will be to develop and implement strategies that enhance our environmental, social, and governance performance according to global standards and best practices. This is an exciting opportunity for you to lead positive change and contribute to a more sustainable future.To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in sustainability, environmental science, business administration, or a related field. An advanced degree would be advantageous. You must possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in ESG frameworks and standards. Additionally, a minimum of 5 years of experience in ESG management, corporate sustainability, or a related field is required.Desirable skills for this position include prior experience in developing and implementing ESG strategies, as well as strong interpersonal skills enabling effective collaboration across departments.Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing ESG strategies and initiatives to improve Parul Universitys sustainability performance, conducting ESG assessments to identify areas for enhancement, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to integrate ESG considerations into decision-making processes.
