Job Description

    As a Coordinator at the Distribution Center team, your role involves coordinating the receipt, storage, and shipment of Finished Goods, materials, equipment, and products. Your key responsibilities include:- Coordinating all domestic and export shipments, managing logistics, inventory, and improving inventory procedures- Managing inventory levels, optimizing storage space, and planning for vehicles based on shipment requirements- Arranging shipping and delivery of materials and equipment to branch offices- Coordinating with transportation providers, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of inventory movements- Planning air and sea shipments, coordinating with internal teams for dispatch scheduling- Preparing invoices, waybills, ASN, packing lists, and delivery challan for internal stock transfers- Managing inventory through periodic analysis for Non-Moving/Slow Moving/Near-Expiry/Expired items- Conducting MIS reporting on pending/in-transit shipment status, actual freight summary vs. budgetedSkills and Abilities required for this role:- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft OfficeQualifications and Experience:- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field- 4 to 7 years of experience in a distribution or logistics roleNote: Additional details of the company were not provided in the job description.,
