Job Description

    The role at Hero Motocorp in the Finance function, E3 & below, involves managing various responsibilities related to Fixed Asset Management, Fiscal Incentive Working, and Employee Travel Claims Verification and settlement. The position requires ensuring the accuracy of reports and information needed during audits by internal and statutory auditors, conducting Salary and Balancesheet reconciliations, and filing Statutory Returns such as ASI, DIPP, and AP Claim. The ideal candidate should hold a B.Com degree and CA (Inter) qualification with 1 to 3 years of experience. Technical skills in IND AS, SAP, and GST are preferred, along with behavioral attributes like Positive Attitude, Team Work, Action Orientation, and Integrity.
