Job Description

    As a Business Development Executive (BDE) working in the Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST) in our logistics services company, your role will involve generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth in the USA market.- Generate new business by conducting market research and making proactive cold calls to potential clients across the USA.- Sell logistics services to meet the unique transportation needs of customers.- Add new business while nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.- Serve as the primary point of contact for coordination and communication with clients.To be considered for this role, you must:- Be a graduate in any discipline.- Have 1 to 5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably with international sales or account management experience.- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Demonstrate a proven track record in international sales, with experience in the logistics or transportation industry being advantageous.- Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and focused on customer satisfaction.In addition to a competitive salary, this position offers benefits such as health insurance, life insurance, paid sick time, and provident fund. You will work full-time on a permanent basis in fixed Night Shift from Monday to Friday.
