Job Description

    As an experienced and strategic HR professional at GB Solar, you will play a crucial role in shaping the organizational culture and aligning the people strategy with business growth. Your responsibilities will include:- Driving company-wide HR strategy, policy, and compliance to ensure smooth operations.- Leading talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention initiatives to build a skilled workforce.- Developing high-performance teams through structured learning and development programs.- Fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and performance to enhance employee engagement.To qualify for this role, you should have:- 12 to 18 years of progressive HR leadership experience.- No bar for exceptional candidates.- Experience in the Solar/Renewable/Manufacturing industry is preferred.GB Solar, a rapidly growing solar energy company, is a trusted name in the industry.
