Job Description

    As an HR Executive Intern at DSQR Studio, you will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, recruitment processes, and employee engagement initiatives. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of human resources within a creative and tech-driven team.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.- Maintain and update employee records and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance.- Support the onboarding and exit processes for new and departing employees.- Contribute to planning and executing employee engagement and recognition activities to foster a positive work environment.- Collaborate with various departments such as Sales, Creative, and Operations to address HR-related requirements effectively.- Assist in policy documentation and internal communication efforts to ensure clarity and consistency.- Play a role in maintaining a positive and creative office culture that promotes teamwork and innovation.Qualifications Required:- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees at all levels.- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes to contribute meaningfully to talent acquisition efforts.- Demonstrate good organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.- Display a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.About DSQR Studio:DSQR Studio is a creative automation agency dedicated to helping brands scale through AI, video, and graphic design solutions.
