Job Description

    You will be joining S&S Brokerage Inc., a rapidly growing logistics and transportation company in the USA. Your role as a Sales Executive during the Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST) will involve contributing to the expansion of our logistics services by generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales growth.**Roles and Responsibilities:**- Freight Req.: Conduct market research and make proactive cold calls to secure new business from prospective clients in the USA.- Sales & Solutions: Offer and sell our logistics services to meet customer transportation needs effectively.- Customer Retention & Growth: Acquire new business while nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.- Coordination & Communication: Act as the main point of contact for your accounts, ensuring smooth communication and execution.**Desired Candidate Profile:**- Education: Graduate in any discipline with a mandatory Bachelors degree.- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in international sales or business development, preferably in logistics or transportation focusing on the US market.**Skills Required:**- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Strong interpersonal and client management abilities.- Demonstrated sales performance in international markets.- High energy, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.**Additional Details:**S&S Brokerage Inc. operates during fixed night shifts from Monday to Friday in person at the US office location.
