Job Description

    You will be responsible for Sales & Lead Generation by promoting logistics services to prospective clients to maximize revenue. This includes generating fresh leads through self-sourcing, references, networking, and CRM tools. Additionally, you will actively hunt for and develop logistics opportunities across India and other target regions.In terms of Client Engagement & Relationship Management, you will meet potential clients and deliver compelling pitches on service offerings. It is crucial to handle customer objections effectively and build long-term trust. You will also maintain strong relationships with portfolio clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.Operational Coordination will be a key aspect of your role, involving liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions. You will be responsible for resolving issues in ongoing operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.Your role will also involve Strategic Sales Execution where you will drive business growth with a sharp focus on customer needs and market trends. You will work across departments and manage multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support internal and external customers.When it comes to Sales Tools & Reporting, you will use CRM systems and internal databases to manage leads, pipeline, and reporting.
