Job Description

    As an IT Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying and hiring top IT talent for our esteemed healthcare clients. Your expertise in the healthcare industry and exceptional recruitment skills will be crucial in thriving in our fast-paced environment.Your responsibilities will include developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract IT professionals for healthcare clients, sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure they align with client requirements. Building and nurturing strong relationships with both clients and candidates, managing job postings, descriptions, and recruitment materials, as well as tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and source of hire will be key aspects of your role. Staying abreast of industry trends in IT recruitment and healthcare will also be essential.To excel in this role, you should possess at least 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in IT or healthcare, along with a solid understanding of IT recruitment practices. Your excellent communication, interpersonal skills, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and adeptness at managing multiple tasks will be highly valued. Additionally, strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success.While not mandatory, experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software, knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations, as well as HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR would be advantageous in this role.,
