Job Description

    You will be a valuable asset to Numerator as an experienced help desk Systems Administrator. Your primary role will involve administering and maintaining all Numerator information systems and related equipment and services for internal users. This includes workstations, servers, phones, operational software, security software, printers, scanners, and more. Your responsibilities will encompass tier 1 and 2 end user support, project management, end point administration, business continuity, system security, software installation, maintenance, documentation, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement.To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience with at least 1 year of IT experience. Strong written and verbal English skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Your diagnostic ability, project management experience, and problem-solving skills will be crucial for success. You should also be adept at setting up and managing workstations, laptops, and help desk tickets, as well as monitoring hardware firmware, driver checks, image libraries, and anti-virus systems.Optional skills such as Microsoft Certifications, MacOS experience, and leadership capabilities will be advantageous. You will collaborate closely with the IT Manager and other team members within IT and Hosting departments. Your dedication to maintaining a secure, efficient, and reliable IT environment will contribute significantly to Numerators success.,
