Job Description

    As an ITI trainee at Hitachi Energy in Vadodara, India, you will be a crucial part of the High Voltage Business team. Hitachi Energy is a key player in high-voltage technology, focusing on products up to 1,200-kilovolt (kV) to improve power network safety, reliability, and efficiency while minimizing environmental impact. Your role will involve contributing to daily production targets in factories, ensuring compliance with HSE standards, adhering to quality norms, and participating in continuous improvement activities to meet business KPIs.- Follow work instructions and drawing instructions for production.- Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to complete tasks and maintain the highest level of safety.- Ensure the delivery of quality production and timely availability of materials.- Report any critical issues to the production supervisor promptly.- Familiarity with computer operations.- Collaborate with the supervisor to implement standard production processes.- Develop or modify processes for efficient manufacturing.- Achieve daily production targets within specified cycle time and workload.- Assist in introducing new products on manufacturing lines.- Uphold Hitachis safety and quality standards during assembly.- Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures.- Maintain records of instrument calibration and ensure timely calibration.- Embrace Hitachi Energys core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for actions and caring for colleagues and the business.- Fresher, 10th Pass, and ITI NCVT with first class (above 60%).- Proficiency in both spoken and written English language.,
