Job Description

    As an experienced candidate with 8-10 years of experience, you will be responsible for the following key aspects:- **Team Leadership**: Your role will involve guiding and mentoring a team of developers to promote collaboration and provide technical direction for delivering robust software solutions. - **Agile Delivery**: You will be driving Agile practices such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely and high-quality feature releases. - **System Design**: Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems using Java 8, Spring Framework, and JPA/Hibernate. - **API Development**: Your responsibilities will include writing clean, efficient, and documented code for RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and gRPC microservices. - **Database Oversight**: Design and optimize data models for RDBMS (preferably PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases like MongoDB and Cassandra. - **Security Implementation**: Integrate OAuth2.0 and other standards for secure authentication and authorization in APIs and services. - **DevOps Collaboration**: You will collaborate with DevOps for deploying applications via Docker and Kubernetes within a CI/CD pipeline. - **Code Quality**: Perform code reviews, enforce best practices, maintain architectural standards, practice SOLID principles, and implement various design patterns. - **Problem Solving**: Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving complex technical challenges with innovative and practical solutions. - **Stakeholder Alignment**: Collaborate with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives. - **Tool Proficiency**: Leverage Git for version control and ensure efficient team collaboration.Preferred Qualifications:- BE/B.Tech in Computer Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent.- M.C.A or M.SC in Information Technology.Please note that this is a full-time position located in Vadodara, where you will be required to work in person.,
