Job Description

    As a KYC Verification Officer, your role involves conducting KYC verification for new and existing clients according to SEBI, Exchange, and internal compliance requirements. You will be responsible for verifying Account Opening Forms to ensure the completeness and accuracy of client details, as well as handling procedures for trading and demat accounts. Your key responsibilities will also include verifying and uploading client details through CVL KRA and CKYC platforms, reviewing and validating client documents such as PAN, Aadhaar, address proof, and bank details, and ensuring that all client data is accurate, complete, and updated in the system. Additionally, you will conduct periodic KYC reviews, escalate discrepancies or suspicious accounts to the Compliance Manager, and coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Compliance teams for smooth client onboarding. It is essential to maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records while staying updated with SEBI, NSE/BSE, and AML/KYC regulations.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.- 3 years of experience in KYC, client onboarding, or compliance (preferably in a broking or financial services firm).- Knowledge of SEBI and Exchange KYC norms.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation management.- Good communication and coordination skills.Key Attributes:- Integrity and confidentiality in handling client data.- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, the job type is full-time with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund.
