Job Description

    As a Team Trainer at Numerator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy of team tasks in specific knowledge areas and act as the primary liaison between the Hub and local markets. Your responsibilities will include managing performance quality KPIs, analyzing results, providing feedback to team members, and conducting training actions to achieve accuracy targets. You will also be responsible for managing escalations with root cause analysis, delivering regular performance reports, and overseeing transitions and migrations from local markets to the India Hub.To excel in this role, you must possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. A Bachelors degree in Business, Operations, or a related field is required, along with proficiency in written and verbal English communication. Additionally, you should have experience with performance metrics, Basic and Advanced Microsoft Excel, and at least 3 years of working experience in market research or FMCG domain.The ideal candidate will be proactive, optimistic, and motivated to achieve team goals.
