Job Description

    As a Full Stack Developer at Digiflux Technologies Private Limited in Vadodara, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. Your responsibilities will include:- Designing and developing scalable web applications using ReactJS for the frontend and Node.js with frameworks like ExpressJS or NestJS for the backend.- Ensuring seamless data flow between the frontend, backend, and database for optimized performance and reliability.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate services smoothly and ensure system scalability.- Writing clean, secure, and maintainable code following industry best practices for both frontend and backend development.- Implementing responsive and user-friendly interfaces with ReactJS for optimal performance across devices.- Designing and optimizing database schemas and queries, utilizing databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, or others.- Performing thorough testing of frontend and backend components to ensure functionality, reliability, and high performance.- Developing and executing micro plans based on project requirements for timely task delivery.- Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving performance issues across the stack.- Understanding requirements, documenting them clearly, and creating accurate task estimations.- Staying updated with emerging trends and technologies to continuously improve system design and performance.Qualifications required for this role include:- 2 to 4 years of experience in full stack development with expertise in ReactJS and Node.js.- Proficiency in backend frameworks like ExpressJS or NestJS.- Strong understanding of database design, querying, and optimization using SQL or NoSQL databases like MongoDB or MySQL.- Knowledge of end-to-end data flow between frontend, backend, and external services.- Experience in handling scalable applications with a focus on performance and reliability.- Understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.- Familiarity with modern frontend development practices including responsive design and state management libraries.- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent English communication skills.- Ability to understand, document, and estimate requirements effectively.- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.Good to have qualifications:- Experience with NestJS or similar backend frameworks.- Hands-on experience with AWS services or other cloud platforms.- Basic understanding of microservices architecture and containerization tools.- Experience in team handling or mentoring junior developers.- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.Additional details about the company:Digiflux Technologies Private Limited is a leading provider of digital solutions based in Vadodara.
