Job Description

    As an Odoo Developer at our company in Vadodara, your role involves understanding the business processes of existing customers, developing concepts for Odoo, and implementing the conversion process. Your responsibilities include advising customers, analyzing their business processes, and introducing Odoo to them. You will collaborate with software developers to create technical concepts and architecture for new apps in Odoo, ensuring the best possible quality and timely delivery. Additionally, you will contribute to building the Odoo team and develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelines to ensure timely completion.Key Responsibilities:- Understand and analyze business processes of existing customers- Develop concepts for Odoo and implement the conversion process- Advise customers and introduce them to Odoo- Collaborate with software developers to create technical concepts for new apps in Odoo- Build the Odoo team and contribute to team development- Develop detailed specification documents with clear project deliverables and timelinesQualifications Required:- Proficiency in Odoo Framework- Strong skills in Python, PostgreSQL, XML, and JavaScript- Basic knowledge of Linux- Familiarity with Databases and the SQL language- Understanding of Git Concepts- Nice to have knowledge of Python PEP8 & Flake8- Nice to have experience/knowledge with JSON and Restful Web Service integration- Nice to have experience/knowledge with Python web development frameworks like Django and Flask- Nice to have experience/knowledge with Methodological knowledgeAdditional Company Details:- Location: Vadodara- Experience: Minimum 1 year- Salary: 2.4-8.0 LPA- Openings: 7 positions (42 applicants already applied)In this role, you must possess distinct solution-oriented thinking, quick learning ability, adaptability to change, and analytical understanding of operational processes.
