By collaborating with global leaders, utilizing cutting-edge technologies such as AI, and supporting innovative clients, you will lead with empathy, clarity, and operational excellence to navigate change, foster engagement, and deliver exceptional customer experiences throughout the transformation process.Key Responsibilities:- Define and implement an overall OCM strategy, program, and lifecycle roadmap- Engage with executives and stakeholders, leading alignment workshops and calls- Act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders during organizational transformation- Understand customer business challenges and implementation vision- Conduct necessary training sessions for project requirements- Host workshops, engage with the audience, and gather feedback- Assess organizational risk and develop mitigation plans- Drive OCM success factors through project sponsors- Build networks of change champions and agents within the client organization- Develop and deliver OCM communications strategy- Support the continuous enhancement of OCM methodologies, tools, and collateral- Collaborate with leadership to align OCM with other strategies- Participate in pre-sales and sales activities to support practice development and revenue growth- Mentor and potentially lead other consultants- Target utilization rate of 70%- Willingness to travel up to 60% of the timeCandidate Profile:- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience- Over 12 years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM)- More than 10 years of general consulting experience, including large-scale implementations- 2 to 5 years of experience in ERP consulting or hands-on work with ERP systems- Enthusiastic, professional, and customer-focused- Strong communication and leadership skills, including engagement with top management- Driven by delivering exceptional customer experiences- Experience in ERP and other systems, pre-sales support, and stakeholder managementJoin Wipro in reinventing your world and being part of a modern, end-to-end digital transformation journey.
