Job Description

    As a Scrum Master / Project Manager at our company based in Vadodara, Gujarat, you will play a crucial role in leading multiple product teams and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Your responsibilities will include:- Acting as a Scrum Master for the product teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies and ensuring smooth collaboration.- Managing the full lifecycle of projects from planning to post-launch optimization.- Collaborating closely with Product Owners to groom and prioritize the product backlog.- Tracking team progress, removing blockers, and maintaining high delivery velocity.- Implementing and enhancing Agile processes, tools, and best practices.- Keeping project documentation updated including roadmaps, sprint plans, and status reports.- Coordinating between engineering, QA, design, and business teams for alignment.- Communicating project updates, risks, and timelines with stakeholders and leadership.- Managing project risks, issues, and changes to ensure successful delivery.Qualifications required for this role are:- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager in a product-based tech company.- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, with Scrum certification (CSM/PSM) being a plus.- Experience in managing software development projects, preferably in POS, SaaS, or fintech domains.- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Proficiency with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.- Strong stakeholder and team collaboration abilities.Preferred qualifications include:- Previous experience in a POS (Point of Sale) or RetailTech environment.- Technical background or understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).- Experience working with remote/distributed teams.- PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.In addition to a competitive salary and benefits package, we offer a collaborative and fast-paced work environment where you will have the opportunity to work on impactful products that reach real businesses.
