Job Description

    As a Senior QA Automation Engineer at Ventaja International Corp., you will play a crucial role in enhancing quality assurance practices across mobile and web platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:- Designing, developing, and maintaining robust automation test scripts for mobile applications (iOS and Android) and web-based platforms.- Collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and manual testers to ensure high-quality releases.- Building scalable and maintainable test frameworks for regression and functional testing.- Executing automated test suites and analyzing test results to ensure product quality.- Identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs and performance issues, and working with development teams for resolution.- Driving continuous improvement in test coverage, speed, and reliability of automation suites.- Supporting CI/CD pipeline integrations to include automated testing.- Mentoring junior QA team members in best practices and automation strategies.To be successful in this role, you should have:- At least 4 years of experience in QA Automation with a focus on mobile and web application testing.- Strong expertise in tools such as Appium, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Postman, BrowserStack, or similar.- Experience testing Flutter, React Native, or native Android/iOS apps is preferred.- Proficiency in writing test scripts using Python, Java, or JavaScript.- A good understanding of QA methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Agile practices.- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.- Good communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration with various teams.It would be nice to have experience with:- Performance and load testing tools like JMeter or K6.- Familiarity with security and compliance testing (e.g., PCI DSS environments).- Prior exposure to fintech applications or high-availability systems.Ventaja International Corp. offers you the opportunity to work in a high-growth international fintech environment, collaborate with global teams across India and Southeast Asia, and be part of a performance-driven culture.
