Job Description

    Role Overview:As a Sales Support Engineer in the Large Motors Division located in Vadodara, Gujarat, your primary role will involve providing technical support to the Sales organization and customers during the proposal process. Your responsibilities will include crafting technical descriptions of products, determining costs, finalizing documentation, and acting as a key technical expert in your designated area. You will be expected to offer technical guidance and solutions to customers, channels, and Sales Specialists on product applications, systems, and inquiries. Conducting analytical studies to identify optimal technical solutions for customer needs, resolving complex inquiries, and nurturing new sales opportunities are crucial aspects of this role. Achieving targets related to orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS) while addressing customer issues and ensuring profitable growth across product groups and territories will be key priorities.Key Responsibilities:- Craft technical descriptions of products- Determine costs and finalize documentation- Act as a key technical expert in your designated area- Offer technical guidance and solutions to customers, channels, and Sales Specialists- Conduct analytical studies to identify optimal technical solutions for customer needs- Resolve complex inquiries and nurture new sales opportunities- Achieve targets related to orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS)- Address customer issues and ensure profitable growth across product groups and territoriesQualifications Required:- Hold a BE in Electrical Engineering- Possess 3 to 10 years of experience in Sales Support or similar roles- Industry exposure to handling rotating Medium Voltage (MV) & High Voltage (HV) machines, particularly HT Motors, is preferred- Robust understanding of Large Motors and Generators is essential for success in this roleAdditional Details:This is a full-time position scheduled from Monday to Friday, requiring in-person work at the Vadodara location. To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:- Reside in Vadodara- Have 3 years of experience in Sales Support or backend sales roles- Possess exposure to handling rotating MV & HV machines, preferably HT Motors- Demonstrate sound product knowledge of Large Motors and Generators- Hold a BE in Electrical Engineering with 3 to 10 years of experience in Sales Support or backend salesIf you meet the specified qualifications and are ready to contribute your expertise to our Sales Support team, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.,
